In conclusion, cholesterol lowering diet will help you to lower your cholesterol level, reduce the weight, which in turn reduce heart diseases and strokes. Suffice to say that, you do not need any other ways to lower your cholesterol because there are the proven quality products.

PS: By saying high cholesterol, I actually refer to high amount of LDL (low density lipoprotein) a.k.a. bad cholesterol, these are those cholesterol that clogged up our blood stream prevent the smooth flow of our blood. And while I disapproved high LDL, it does not meant that high level of good cholesterol (HDL) will be good. Amount of good cholesterol should be at optimum level which is less than 45 mg/dL (40mg/dL for men and 50 mg/dL for women)

PPS: Luckily, I had successfully lowered my high cholesterol level (LDL), and I can say that if I have high cholesterol I can lower it by flipping a switch. I mean I can lower my cholesterol level to safe level really fast. How fast? Like in a few days to a week. But I monitor my health by doing blood test yearly. And whenever my blood cholesterol indicating high, I will use my little secret to lower it.
