Our Heart

This is so important, our heart beat. We must take care of our heart.

Last night, I went to a seminar about cancer. Of course, cancer the number 2 killer not matched by the number 1 cause of death, heart disease, but that’s not the point. The point is, I met this old chap. This man, is the most noble person I ever seen. He has a mission in his life. He wants people to treasure life as he treasure his and all lives in the world.

Over the years, decades of pain working on his project to achieve his dream, which is to help people fighting cancer, and make sure we make our life is lived to the fullest, to the maximum age we can get of a life and living healthily. His mission is to create something that we can consume and achieve longevity, maximum health, live life to the fullest. He invested his personal fortune of 32 million in the span of more than 20 years, just to research and find the elusive and potent weapon against cancer.

I salute the man, if he treasure our lives so much, why not we take care of our health to the fullest? And live life to the fullest, to the max!

Like I always say ‘We, human will thrive no matter how tough, no matter what unpredictable things in the future’. Let’s not waste life that our parents gave us with the blessing of god..
